Animals have always been a huge part of my life. From goofy puppies with endless energy to wise old cats with hearts full of stories, I’ve grown up surrounded by them all.

A HAPPY FIRST HELLO
Your first visit, made simple.
A little preparation helps everyone feel at home.
Healthy pets, happy visits.
Pets must be fully vaccinated, with current tick and flea prevention. Have your vaccination booklet ready to share. Tell us about allergies, medication, mobility needs and any bite history before the visit.
A few familiar things.
Grooming: share a coat photo or style reference and describe your pet’s grooming behaviour. Grooming is at Monty’s Veterinary Clinic; home visits are arranged separately.
Boarding: bring their usual food, feeding instructions, cat litter where relevant, and any medication with clear instructions. Let us know what helps them settle.
Travel: prepare the vaccination booklet, route, owner details, pet measurements and crate information. Chloe will confirm the documents and timing for your journey.

Send your request, then wait for Chloe to confirm availability, the final quote and arrangements. A 20% non-refundable deposit secures the booking once agreed.
Your arrival and collection times are confirmed directly. Boarding is at our home in Remera; the exact address is shared privately after arrangements are made.

Where will my pet stay?
Boarding is at our home in Remera. Dogs can have a sheltered outdoor garden space, or indoor and outdoor access with us. Cats stay in their own closed room with access to an enclosed catio. The exact home address is shared once your booking is arranged; please respect that this is a private home.
What should I bring for boarding?
Please arrange your pet’s food and, for cats, litter. Our menu lists food at 2,000 RWF per day if not supplied, and cat litter at 15,000 RWF if not supplied. Tell us about medication, routines and any special needs when requesting a stay.
Is my online booking instantly confirmed?
No. The form prepares a booking request for you to send through WhatsApp. Chloe will check availability and confirm the service, timing and price with you. A preferred time is a request, not a reserved appointment.
How can I pay?
We accept Mobile Money on +250 791 694 160, cash and bank transfer. Payment details and your final quote can be confirmed on WhatsApp.
